Returns Policy
At Petsalott, our goal is to keep your pets happy, healthy, and satisfied! We take great pride in carefully preparing each order you place on our platform, and we work hard to ensure your order arrives in happy paws. We hope you and our furry friends love our new from store to door delivery service, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!
How to Return to sender:
If you need to return an item, just get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@petsalott.co.za. We’ll do everything we can to resolve your issue and make it right. If your order is incorrect or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to us so we can fix it.
Faulty Products:
If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at info@petsalott.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the fault, your order number, and the Best Before date, Batch Number (you’ll find this after the Best Before date on your packaging) and lastly your receipt of purchase. You can then return the faulty item to us, and we’ll investigate it. If needed, we’ll send you a replacement, credit or refund. We will not be obliged to refund to you the cost of returning the products to us if, upon examination, we believe they have been tampered with, you have returned an incorrect product, or you have incorrectly ordered the wrong product or detailed the wrong postal address.
Returning an Item:
If you’re returning an item because you ordered the wrong one, the product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. When we issue a refund, we’ll refund the cost of the item, but not the cost of returning the product to us. If we’ve made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, we’ll arrange for a free return pickup via courier. Just make sure the product is still in its original condition (unopened/unused).
Returning Items:
If you need to return something, please contact us before sending it back. Include a copy of your receipt inside the return package to help us process your return quickly. You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds and Replacements:
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 14 days. However, if the product or accessory has been tampered with or used, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement. These policies don’t affect your statutory rights. We’re here to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible!
