How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
At Petsalott, we’re all about delivering happiness as quickly as possible. For most major centers, you can expect your order to arrive within 48 hours! But, because life is full of surprises, we recommend allowing up to 72 hours (3 working days) just in case.
Certain specialty products might take a little longer, so be sure to check the delivery estimate on those pages. For remote or outlying areas, please allow up to 10 working days for your delivery to arrive.
Stock Shortages.
If an item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock, no worries—we’ll notify you of the delay and give you the option to either wait for it to restock, select a different product, or receive a refund. If the product is discontinued or permanently unavailable, we’ll also give you the choice of a refund or a credit voucher..
Delivery Times
We deliver with love between Monday through to Friday from 08h00 to 17h00. For weekends and public holidays, special rates apply—just send us an email at info@petsalot.co.za to get a quote. Need a specific delivery time? Let us know! We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but please note this can only be confirmed after your order is processed and paid. Late Deliveries
At Petsalott, we always aim to deliver on time. However, if your order doesn’t arrive within the specified delivery time, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you the right to cancel your order within 7 days. Some products might have a longer delivery time—be sure to check the product details before ordering.
If you do choose to cancel your order, here’s what will happen:
• If the product hasn’t been delivered yet, simply return it with the courier when it arrives.
• If you’ve already received the product, return it to Petsalott in its original state.
